Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
If you are a customer located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order or return any item within 14 days of receiving the last item in your order, without giving any reason. This 14-day period includes weekends and public holidays.
How to Submit a Request
- If you checked out with an email address: log in to your account at https://shopify.com/73438003270/account, select your order, and submit a return or cancellation request.
- If you checked out with a phone number only: use the link in your SMS order confirmation to submit your request.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 7 days to your original payment method. Standard outbound shipping costs will be refunded along with the product value.
Condition of Returned Items
Items must be returned with original tags attached, unworn, and in their original condition.
